PEAK Grantmaking dedicated the Winter 2020 issue of their thrice yearly Journal, in the words of guest editor Roland Kennedy, Jr., "to bring Black voices in grants management into the light and invite the broader PEAK membership and philanthropic community into some of these unheard experiences."
Inside, eight contributors have courageously raised their voices, highlighting their work and ideas for building inclusive cultures, equitable grantmaking practices, allyship, and more.
Originally published exclusively to PEAK Grantmaking members, the journal was openly published in February of 2021. PEAK Grantmaking is a member-led national association of more than 4,500 professionals who specialize in grants management for funding organizations - the "how" of grantmaking.
